Registration and Cancellation Procedures

• All fees must be paid in advance to confirm entry pass and reservation.

• Non-registered participants will not be allowed to enter.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the summit.
• No refund will be made for any cancellation done within 30 days before the congress.
